Can I bring a team member / partner?
You can, but they must purchase a separate ticket and meet the same experience criteria. No exceptions!

Is there support for disabilities, dietary requirements and personal issues?
Yes! The venue is 100% disability friendly, all of the food can be amended to fit whatever dietary requirement and personal support is offered from the CFT team throughout the day if anything arises.

What is the refund policy?
Due to the private nature of this event and limited seating, all ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to an approved attendee within 4 weeks of the event - If you can't make it and don't let us know before this period, your ticket will be transferred to someone else automatically.
